Quality management

Road construction, sewerage treatment plants, sewer networks and landfill sites in the fields of building construction and civil engineering mean that a great deal of money is at stake and in some cases delicate questions of liability arise. It goes without saying that you as the customer expect only the highest quality for the work carried out. But how to recognise whether the quality is satisfactory? With Weber Engineers this is easy. The high standard of our services is ensured by observance of our quality management system which has been in place since 1997 and regular auditing according to DIN EN ISO 9001. In addition, we take care in each project phase that the concluded quality agreement between us and the construction companies are observed down to the last detail. For this purpose we draw up documentation together with you to accurately represent and document the procedure, content of discussions and processes. At the same time, you as a customer have the assurance that our employees through regular further training and participation in specialist bodies of various associations are always completely up to date, something by the way which is also true for our technical equipment. Regarding quality, however, there is another aspect which is important for us and this is the high level of identification of personnel with the company and the respective project. This ensures excellent quality.

Our 7 quality principles are:

  1. Acceptance of market challenges to provide services with a high quality standard
  2. Fulfilment of customer needs through faultless service, competent consultation and error-free order execution
  3. Quality agreements made with our customers are equally binding for all internal processes
  4. Quality management is a high company priority
  5. Effective and open complaints management
  6. Inform all employees systematically about quality procedures.
